Compared with excimer laser LASIK surgery, LASEK is safer and more effective against severe exercise and external force. LASEK is the use of an appropriate concentration of ethanol to infiltrate the corneal epithelium and retain a complete corneal flap. After the epithelial flap is set off the anterior elastic layer of the cornea, the excimer laser cutting is performed on the front of the cornea. After cutting, the corneal flap is reset and the special protective contact lens is put on the cornea. After skin regeneration and healing, the corrected visual acuity can be achieved 2-3 days after operation.

In a word, strict preoperative examination and assessment, reasonable surgical design, standardized operation flow and postoperative medication and a complete follow-up system are important guarantees for the treatment of high quality surgery.
